Kim Kardashian Granted Restraining Order Against A Man Who Reportedly Threatened To Break Into Her Home & Kiss Her

Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against an overzealous fan who has allegedly taken things too far. According to reports, ‘KUWTK‘ star Kim Kardashian sought the protection order against a 32-year-old unnamed man who threatened to break into her home and ‘kiss’ her unless he gets access to the Skims brand owner. Legal documents, obtained by The Blast, allege that the man has been harassing Kim Kardashian for months, and because of that she has asked that he be ordered to stay away from not only her but her family as well.

In the court documents Kim states,

“I do not know how long (he) has been stalking me or attempting to come to my home, but I have no relationship with him and have never met or communicated with him. I have no desire to communicate with him or meet him. There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to be contacting me or coming to my home.”

The protection order also claims that the man has tried to pursue a “romantic relationship” with Kim and has been sharing troubling things online.

In one of his posts, Kim alleges that he stated,

“he is going to get inside (my) house to “kiss” me and will “enter (my) house sooner than expected” if I keep ignoring him.”

In addition to that, the documents mention that Kim’s lawyers have looked into the man’s criminal record and he allegedly has a questionable past that includes violent cases. Reportedly, the man has filmed more than one video outside of Kim’s L.A. property and shared them online. In her protection order, Kim shares her fears with the court and said the man is becoming “increasingly frustrated” by not being allowed inside of her house. A judge has granted Kim’s restraining order and the man in question has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from her home.
