EXCLUSIVE: Cardi B Responds To Backlash Over Purchasing Several Birkins: Oprah Takes Trips That Cost 10 Of These Bags

Cardi B isn’t tolerating any criticism–or comparisons–over her spending habits!

Yesterday (Tuesday, July 20th), theJasmineBRAND‘s Instagram page reposted a recent upload by Cardi B. In the rapper’s original post, Cardi B is showing off and posing with various Birkin bags, captioned:

“Every other day new wig new hair, come take me out this Mugler…… a couple weeks ago.”

However, shortly after our repost, a commenter responded with some criticism and compared Cardi B to various billionaires who supposedly “never” show off such luxury goods, writing:

“You never see Oprah, Melinda Gates, or Mark Zuckerberg’s wife doing this, and they’re BILLIONaires… but carry on…”

Well, Cardi B responded! She wrote,

“Girl Oprah take[s] trips that cost ten of these bags…. Don’t compare me to white billionaires wife’s [sic] when their husbands are takin billion dollar trips to space just to be able to say they the first ones who did it. An[d] billionaires that can end world hunger and are using their money to make diseases and vaccines to f**k up the populations.”

As we can see, Cardi B defended her right to buy all the Birkins she wants by blasting billionaire’s own financial decisions! In her response, Cardi B seems to have referenced Jeff Bezos–the richest man in the world–traveling to space, as it occurred just yesterday (Tuesday, July 20th).

Additionally, Cardi B claimed that the rich are creating “diseases and vaccines” to harm the greater masses when they could be ending world hunger instead.
