Kenya Moore Files For Divorce From Marc Daly, Wants Primary Custody Of Daughter

It looks like Kenya Moore may be officially pulling the plug on her marriage with estranged husband Marc Daly. Initial reports of their split surfaced in 2019.

Kenya Moore said as she announced their split back then,

“It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly. Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby. She was made in love and true commitment. I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward.”

Fast forward to the present day and according to Radar Online, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star filed for divorce in May.

The pair share a daughter, Brooklyn, born in 2018. Kenya is reportedly requesting sole physical and legal custody.

Kenya says the marriage is “irretrievably broken” with no hopes of reconciliation. According to the outlet, on June 11, Marc responded to Kenya’s petition and asked for joint legal custody but agrees with his ex having primary custody. Marc is also asking for the court to award him his

“separate real and personal property.”

He also claims their martial residence was the home Kenya purchased in Georgia.

He says he wants an “equitable division of the parties’ martial residence.” Marc also wants the court to order Kenya to pay his legal fees in the case. The case is still ongoing.

Kenya Moore and Marc Daly married in June 2017 in a private ceremony in St. Barts. Neither have commented publicly about Kenya filing for divorce.
