Donald Trump & Donald Jr. Set To Give Ringside Commentary For Evander Holyfield-Vitor Belfort Fight On 9/11

The controversial former president, Donald Trump, is keeping himself busy these days. This Saturday on September 11th, the 75-year-old will be ringside giving commentary on a pay-per-view boxing event along with his son, Donald J Trump Jr.

ESPN announced the father-son duo appearance this Tuesday, September 7th and it’ll be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood Florida. According to reports, Donald Trump said,

“I love great fighters and great fights. I look forward to seeing both this Saturday night and sharing my thoughts ringside. You won’t want to miss this special event.”

The original fight was going to be between Oscar De La Hoya and Vitor Belfort, but the 44-year-old MMA fighter caught a breakthrough case of COVID-19 and was hospitalized.

Evander Holyfield,  58-year-old four-time heavyweight champion, is taking his place while Oscar De La Hoya recovers. He’ll be the one facing off with Vitor Belfort, a 44-year-old Brazillian mixed martial artist.

This isn’t the first time Donald Trump has given commentary for boxing events. He’s hosted many events through the ’80s and ’90s in the casinos he owns in Atlantic City. The only real difference this time is that his 43-year-old son will be by his side.
