Robert Kelly, 54, is currently on trial for rackateering and sex trafficking charges. The trial, which began on August 18th, 2020, has been 18 days of testimony. One of the latest witnesses that testified was Cheryl Mack, the mother of music producer London On Da Track.

In her testimony, Mack reportedly claimed to see Kelly receiving a massage from a women backstage at a concert in Connecticut. Mack reportedly said,
“That was kind of my cue to leave. I was very uncomfortable.”
She reportedly also claimed that before leaving the room she saw the woman moving her head toward Kelly’s groin. Mack also alleged that R. Kelly lost his temper with her because she ruined a surprise party for former stylist Kash Howard.

“I apologized out of fear.”
While being cross-examined, Kelly’s lawyers confronted Mack about signing the letter, as she was in her late 40’s with experience in the music industry. Mack reportedly responded saying,
“I wasn’t thinking at all.”
Kelly, who has pleaded not guilty, faces one count of racketeering and eight counts of illegally transporting people across state lines for prostitution, along with allegedly grooming and preying underage women, including late singer Aaliyah, who he illegally married when she was 15-year-old.
