Migos – Fans React To Rap Group’s ‘Culture’ Album Briefly Disappearing From Streaming Services
Is someone trying to negatively affect Migos’ streaming revenue?
Today marks the 5 years anniversary of Migos releasing their second studio album ‘Culture,’ which dropped on Jan 27, 2017. The album debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 and also scored the rappers a Grammy nomination for best rap album in 2018.
Despite the album’s success, the musical project randomly disappeared from all streaming services earlier this week. Following ‘Culture’ going awol, many people took to Twitter to share their confusion on the album being pulled.

It seems like someone heard the Migos’ fans’ prayers. According to reports, today (Jan. 27) ‘Culture’ was added back to all streaming services, however, its availability appears to be inconsistent. Initially, Spotify was the only music platform that didn’t add the album back to their streaming service. Thankfully, they have recently restored ‘Culture’ for their consumers to listen to as well.
It’s unclear why ‘Culture’ was temporarily removed. Neither Migos nor their label, Quality Control Music, has spoken about the situation. However, the rap group did share an anniversary post celebrating the album on their Instagram page.
