Gospel Singer Le’Andria Johnson Says “F*ck The Religious System” As She Speaks On Her Previous Comments About Her Frustrations W/ Christian Culture [VIDEO]
Gospel artist Le’Andria Johnson recently addressed the controversial video when she used strong language in critique of Church and she also blasted gospel legend Bishop Marvin Winans.
In 2018, Le’Andria Johnson reportedly went on Instagram Live and called out Church leaders for being hypocritical while dismissing the Church as a business.

The 39-year-old gospel singer also went on a profanity-laced rant about her frustrations with Christian culture and trying to fit into it. Le’Andria Johnson was reportedly removed from the Essence Festival’s gospel lineup by organizers after her broadcast.
In a recent sit-down with Larry Reid Live, Johnson addresses the controversial clip and clarified that she was speaking to the religious and traditional individuals apart of the Church. Johnson also noted that she wishes she would have been sober during the video. She said:
“We were taught this by the people who came before us. So am I really mad at them or am I mad at those who taught them? So who am I mad at? It’s the system.”
Johnson added:
“So, yeah. F*ck the religious system. I’m sorry. I just had, can I get that out?”

Johnson won the hearts of Christians nationwide with her talent as the season three winner of the BET gospel singing competition show “Sunday Best” eight years ago. Her “Sunday Best” coronation song, “I Shall Leap into My Destiny,” co-written by Johnson, entered the Billboard Gospel chart at number 1.
