Update: Garcelle Beauvais’ Teenaged Son Shares Statement Asking ‘RHOBH’ Fans To Stop Leaving Disturbing Messages On His Social Media Accounts: I Did Not Sign Up For This Show
Update: Garcelle Beauvais’ son Jax is stepping forward to defend himself against ‘RHOBH’ fans who are seemingly doing too much! In a lengthy statement, the teenager shared that in order to protect his mental health he’s had to put his IG on private. He added that he didn’t sign up to be a part of ‘RHOBH’ or the drama surrounding the series.
Original Story: TV personality Garcelle Beauvais is expressing concern over disturbing messages left under her children’s social media pages.
The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star is asking fans of the show to leave her kids out of her feud with fellow castmates, specifically Erika Jayne. As previously reported, Beauvais confronted Jayne for cursing at her teenage son during a recent episode of the Bravo series, with Jayne blaming alcohol for the incident. As Beauvais continues addresses Jayne’s potential “alcohol” problem in subsequent episodes, fans defending Jayne have opted to call Beauvais‘ eldest son, Oliver Saunders past substance abuse into question.
Some social media users, that some suspect may be paid for “bots”, left comments under Beauvais‘ 14-year-old twins Jax & Jaid pages attacking their 31-year-old brother, such as:
“Your brother Oliver is a drug addict but your mom is calling Erika an alcoholic and making her look bad? Make it make sense”
And:
“WHY IS YOUR MOM OBSESSED WITH ERIKA’S ALCOHOL INTAKE, SHOULDN’T SHE WORRY ABOUT YOUR BROTHER OLIVER DRUG INTAKE INSEAD?”
Retweeting a post from RHOBH vet Lisa Rinna condemning the actions, Beauvais tweeted:
“This has to stop!!! They’re just kids”
And followed up with:
“I’m usually a very strong woman I’ve been raised to be strong my life has taught me to be strong but when it comes to my kids! It hurts it’s not OK I’ve been in tears all night it’s just a TV show people scream at your TV throw something at your TV but leave our kids alone #RHOBH”
The former host of daytime talk series The Real has previously opened up about her eldest son’s struggles. During her reality TV debut season, a tearful Beauvais revealed she once thought she’d lose her son to his addiction, though she and then husband Daniel Saunders used all their resources to help their aspiring musician son.
However, Oliver is now married with children of his own, and his mother is pleading with the internet to acknowledge his progress, and leave him out of her entertainment beefs.
