Update: Tiffany Haddish Breaks Her Silence On Child Grooming & Sexual Assault Lawsuit She’s Facing W/ Aries Spears, Comedian Shares She ‘Deeply Regrets’ Filming Questionable Video
Update: Tiffany Haddish is ready to speak on the serious allegations against her. In a post shared across her social media platforms, she said,

Original Story: Tiffany Haddish’s legal team says the child sex abuse lawsuit against her and Aries Spears is bogus!

A new lawsuit states that comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are accused of grooming a 14-year-old girl and her seven-year-old brother, coercing them to record rated R skits. The siblings, who are referred to as Jane Doe and John Doe, allege they are traumatized for life and the young boy said both defendants molested him. The older sister claimed Tiffany Haddish taught her how to mimic fellatio for the skit. The lawsuit also claims that her younger brother was molested by Aries Spears while filming a “Funny or Die” video titled “Through A Pedophiles Eyes.”

Haddish’s legal team is calling the lawsuit a shakedown. Andrew Brettler, Haddish’s lawyer, claims the lawsuit is an extortion attempt. The 42-year-old said:
“Plaintiff’s mother, Trizah Morris, has been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years.”
Brettler continued:
“Every attorney who has initially taken on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down. Now, Ms. Morris has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action.”

The older sister says the Girl’s Trip actress’ actions prevented her from successfully dating because she’s scared to be taken advantage of and “led down a path of false trust like the path that Haddish led her down.” Both siblings alleged they developed social disorders and the brother says he is afraid of being looked at or recorded. The siblings stated that their mother tried to reach a $15,000 settlement with Aries Spears, 47, over the alleged molestation video, and now they are going after Haddish and Spears. “Funny or Die,” claims that they had no involvement in creating the video the siblings described in their lawsuit. “Funny or Die” said:
“Funny Or Die found this video absolutely disgusting and would never produce such content. We were not involved with the conceptualization, development, funding, or production of this video. It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 immediately after becoming aware of its existence.”
