Lil Baby Typically Charges $300-350K for a Feature When He’s Not Working On His On Album
Lil Baby (real name Dominique Armani Jones) is one of the hottest rappers in the game, and his price for a feature reflects that.
The My Turn artist recently made an appearance on The Experience Podcast w Big Loon, where he shared his price to drop a verse on someone else’s track. Lil Baby said,
“I don’t even be doing features no more, but [when I do], $300k [or] $350k. But I ain’t been doing features lately.”
In response to the reason why he’s been avoiding features, he said,
“Like now, I’m about to put out an album, ain’t no sense in doing features. But if I know I ain’t putting out no album, I don’t got nothing going on, why not?
And while he’s definitely worth the hefty price tag, the “Freestyle” rapper is also in the blessing business. As previously reported, Lil Baby waived his six-figure fee when he hopped on a track with Vince Staples for his fifth studio album, which was released in April.
Vince Staples previously opened up about the experience and said,
“[Lil Baby] did it for free. And I don’t believe in asking nobody to do nothing for free. I believe in whatever you charge – you gotta feed your family, and he did it for free. And you already know, he can charge whatever he wants.”
The “East Point Prayer” artist definitely hit the lotto with the free feature, because while his prices weren’t as high at the time — Lil Baby was still charging a big amount. He shared in June 2020 that he normally charges upward of 100K to do a feature on a song.

He said via Twitter,
“Ima feel offended if you want a verse from me and don’t got a 100K.”
He added,
“Respect my hustle.”
Lil Baby will drop his third studio album, Only Me, on Friday, October 14. The album has 23 songs and includes features from Young Thug, Pooh Shiesty, EST Gee, Future Jeremih, Rylo Rodriguez, Nardo Wick and Fridayy.
