Update: Takeoff Was Shot In The Head & Torso, According To Coroner’s Report
Update: (Nov. 2, 2022): New details have recently surfaced surrounding the untimely death of Takeoff.
According to reports, The Harris County Medical Examiner lists Takeoff’s primary cause of death as,
“penetrating gunshot wounds of head and torso into arm.”
Reportedly, the office has concluded its investigation, as they also state Takeoff’s body is ready for pickup for funeral services.

Very sad news. Takeoff, one-third of Migos group, has sadly died. According to multiple reports, he was shot early morning in Houston. The incident happened at 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston.
The shooting happened during a dice game and Quavo was present. Footage of the aftermath of the shooting is currently circulating on social media, showing Quavo trying to help Takeoff. Reportedly, as many as 2 other people were also shot, and they were taken to a hospital. It’s unclear what their conditions are. Quavo was not injured.
Prior to the shooting, Takeoff posted a selfie from the bowling alley.
Quavo also shared footage earlier in the night, driving around Houston with Jas Prince, who was celebrating his birthday.
