Reportedly, Max B (short for Max Biggaveli) has been locked up since 2009 after he was sentenced to 75 years in prison on conspiracy charges pertaining to armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and felony murder. He was found guilty of nine of the 11 counts he faced. His sentence has since been substantially reduced.
Reports claim that in 2006 Max plotted to rob two men with his stepbrother, Kelvin Leerdam, and ex-girlfriend, Gina Conway, at a Holiday Inn in New Jersey. The botched robbery resulted in one of the men being shot dead.
On September 16, 2016, it was reportedly announced that Max took a 20-year plea bargain for aggravated manslaughter and is now set to be released on April 2, 2023.
