Brian Tyree Henry’s fans are rallying around him tonight after he didn’t win the award for “Best Supporting Actor.”
Actor Brian Tyree Henry appeared on the champagne-colored carpet tonight (Mar. 12) at the Academy Awards rocking a custom white tuxedo jacket paired with black dress pants. The actor was nominated for “Best Supporting Actor” for his role in “Causeway,” alongside Ke Huy Quan, Judd Hirsch, Brendan Gleeson, and Barry Keoghan.

Ke Huy Quan ultimately took the award home for his portrayal of Waymond Wang in the film “Everything Everywhere All at Once.”
As you may know, Brian Tyree Henry first rose to stardom for his role as Alfred “Paper Boi” Miles in the hit FX comedy-drama series “Atlanta.” Many have his fans have taken to social media and expressed they believe the 40-year-old entertainer should have taken home his first Academy Award tonight.
