It looks like Funny Marco is in a bit of legal trouble!
Youtuber/ Podcaster Funny Marco (real name Marco Summers) is facing a $6 million lawsuit from Breakbeat Media – the company that helped launch his popular podcast.

Marco is also accused of dropping the ball several times, which had a negative impact on Breakbeat media. The company claims he refused to read on-air ads and allegedly made side deals with advertisers.
According to Dave Mays, Marco would speak negatively about the company, affecting its ability to sign other celebrities and influencers like Jess Hilarious, Sukihana and Bubba Dub to join Breakbeat.
Now, the company wants Funny Marco to pay up. According to reports, Breakbeat Media is suing Marco for $5 million for causing harm to the business and its reputation. Mays is seeking $1 million for damage to his character.
They also want Marco to stop bad-mouthing them on social media and for him to halt any new podcasts until he fulfills the terms of his contract.
The case is ongoing.
