Suge Knight Not Willing To Testify Against Tupac Murder Suspect Duane ‘Keefe D’ Davis + Claims Authorities Don’t Know Who Shot Rapper
Former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight has no plans to testify against the man police believe was involved in Tupac Shakur’s murder.
In a recent prison telephone interview with TMZ, Suge Knight said if called, he would not testify against Duane “Keefe D” Davis for his alleged involvement in the murder of famed rapper Tupac Shakur. Last week Davis was arrested by Las Vegas police for his connection in the 1996 shooting of the “All Eyez on Me” artist. The Compton native is the uncle of the person believed to be the gunman — Orlando Anderson (who was murdered in a gang-related shooting in 1998) — and was allegedly in the vehicle the fatal shots came from the night of the Las Vegas drive-by.

Years after the shooting, Davis conducted multiple interviews about the tragic event and even released a book, claiming he’s “one of the only living eyewitness to Tupac’s killing.” He allegedly orchestrated the murder.
Despite this, Suge Knight was “surprised” by Davis’ arrest, and said he “wouldn’t wish” prison on his “worst enemy.”
As for the possible involvement of Keefe D’s late nephew Anderson, Suge Knight doesn’t believe Anderson was the shooter and has “nothing bad to say about him.”

Even though it has taken twenty-seven years to make an arrest for Tupac’s death, there is no statute of limitation for murder. In addition, an individual can be charged in Nevada just for helping someone commit a crime. Davis could reportedly receive up to 20 years if convicted.
