Wendy Williams Ex-Husband Kevin Hunter Forced To Sell Florida Home Amid Ongoing Financial Struggles Since Being Cut From Alimony Checks
The ex of famed TV personality Wendy Williams continues to struggle financially.
According to a report from Radar Online, Kevin Hunter recently sold his bachelor pad, seemingly due to the instability of no longer receiving alimony payments.

Court documents obtained by the outlet reportedly revealed that Kevin Hunter, 51, recently sold his Florida home, which he purchased back in 2020 following his split from Wendy Williams. If you recall, the TV host filed for divorce from her then husband of nearly 22 years after he fathered a child outside of their marriage. Hunter reportedly closed on the sunshine state property for $795,600 and recently flipped it for $1.25 million. Reportedly, the ex celebrity husband was in court recently begging, once again, to continue his alimony payment to keep the house, seemingly to no avail.

Allegedly, Hunter doubled down on his claims that amid Williams‘ battle with Wells Fargo over the rights to her multi million dollar fortune, his alimony checks were wrongfully stopped. He reportedly wrote in the newer legal documents:
“I have fallen behind on most of my bills. I currently live in a community that requires payments to the homeowners association and I’m behind on that bill…If the homeowners association fees are not paid foreclosure will soon follow.”

Adding:
“I’m behind on credit card payments because I have no money since the severance payments were suspended…My life has been greatly affected since the plaintiff stopped making payments under our settlement agreement.”
As covered back in July, Hunter was sued by a credit card company over a reported $20,000 in unpaid debt, and it seems his financial woes have continued to worsen since. However, the media personality may get some monetary relief soon. Last month, Hunter did get a court win in his $10 million wrongful termination lawsuit against the company who produced “The Wendy Williams Show.” After the media company attempted to have the entire case thrown out, a court judge ruled there was enough evidence for the lawsuit to move forward. However, there have been no new updates about case at this time.
