Wearing spiked shorts, over-the-knee-leather boots and a denim button-up, photogs caught up with Rihanna (for the millionth time), leaving her London hotel with her bestie and security guard. P.S. We hear that recently Rihanna had a $24,000 hair emergency. The story goes that her hair “got messed up” (my words, not hers) while in the sauna, and she flew her stylist (Ursula Stephen) first class from Los Angeles to London to “fix it” (my words, not hers). A source tells Page Six,

“When she got out, her hair was tangled and matted. She slapped a load of conditioner on but it didn’t get through the mass….She didn’t want to take the chance on an unknown. Because they were on such a tight schedule, they had to get her on the first flight. Rihanna didn’t care about paying a fortune.”
