O.J. Simpson Signed Dance Recital Program From Day Of Nicole & Ron Goldman Murders Hits Auction Block
An interesting item is up for auction.
June 12, 1994, is remembered by many as a disturbing and shocking time in history. Unfortunately, on that day, Nicole Brown Simpson — former wife of well-known football player O.J. Simpson — and her friend Ron Goldman were brutally murdered outside of the socialite’s Los Angeles home.
Hours before the tragic event, O.J. and Nicole Simpson attended their daughter’s — Sydney — “Dance For Kids” recital at a local school. While there, a fan approached the Heisman Trophy winner and asked for an autograph. O.J. Simpson agreed to the request and signed the yellow, 8.5″ x 11″ dance recital program.

Fast forward (many many) years later, and the program — which has been graded a near mint 7 by PSA/NDA — is now up for sale. The signed item is being auctioned by sports auction house Lelands. At the time of this report, there have been 10 bids on the item and the current bid sits at $1,181.00. However, the final selling price could definitely grow as the auction is set to end on May 19.

O.J. Simpson was charged with the murders of his second wife and her good friend. However, the late retired athlete was eventually found not guilty of the double homicides.
