Sexyy Red Quietly Cancels Multiple Tour Stops Following Reports Of Low Ticket Sales
Depending on the city you purchase tickets for, your plans to see Sexyy Red in person may be canceled.
The Sexyy Red 4 President Tour was scheduled to kick off tomorrow (Aug. 22) at the WaMu Theater in Seattle, Washington. However, theJasmineBRAND noticed earlier today that the stop, and a few others, have been marked as canceled on ticket-selling sites. Due to the cancelations, it now looks like Sexyy Red’s tour will start on Saturday (Aug. 24) at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

At the time of this report, the rapper hasn’t addressed the pulled shows, which has only added to the speculation surrounding the entire situation. One person on X wrote,
“I’m sorry but they need to get back to compilation tours w multiple artist [SIC] on the bill and let them egos go. In the 90s/early 00s most rappers didn’t go on solo tours not even the biggest acts it’s wild how the internet/crazed fanbases really shifted how these tours are run. SMH”

The canceled shows follow Sexyy Red’s denial that her entire tour was in jeopardy of being axed. As previously reported, in July reports surfaced that the “SkeeYee” artist was struggling to fill seats, and because of that, it was rumored there was a strong chance that the tour would not move forward.
Shutting down those claims, however, Sexyy Red wrote on X,
“My fans are buying tickets we’re doin just fine we not cancelling no tour dis cancelling sht all cap”

She added,
“I did my touring deal with a black promoter black owned company AG Entertainment and now Dey playin dirty paying pages spreading fake news to discourage my fans from buying tickets”

While Sexyy has not addressed the rumors since she did recently post a video encouraging fans to come see her on tour.
