Kanye West Accused Of Withholding Payment From Producers Who Worked On His ‘Vulture’ Albums

Kanye West Accused Of Withholding Payment From Producers Who Worked On His ‘Vulture’ Albums
Kanye West may be facing a new lawsuit soon.
According to a report from Billboard, at least 10 producers who claim to have worked with West on his and Ty Dolla $ign’s Vultures 1 and Vultures 2 albums are considering legal action for allegedly not being paid for their work.
Music attorney Bob Celestin, who represents several of the producers, stated that his clients have not received any compensation, despite both albums being released earlier this year—Vultures 1 dropped on February 10, and Vultures 2 on August 3.
Celestin said:
“We have clients who’ve produced music on the Vultures album(s) and have still not been paid… It’s unfortunate and unfair.”
He added:
“Presently, we have no idea when payment will be made… You would think Ye would be more sensitive to this issue because he is a producer.”

The producers reportedly never signed contracts with Kanye, making it difficult to secure payment or royalties. While some attorneys are considering legal action, they noted that suing Kanye can be costly, and past legal efforts against him have been unsuccessful.
This situation comes amid other ongoing legal challenges for Kanye, including lawsuits from former employees.
It does not appear that Kanye or anyone representing him has addressed the situation at this time.
