Update: Jamie Foxx Hit In the Mouth With A Glass At His Birthday Dinner

Update: A spokeperson for Jamie tells TMZ —

“Jamie Foxx was at his birthday dinner when someone from another table threw a glass that hit him in the mouth. He had to get stitches and is recovering. The police were called and the matter is now in law enforcement’s hands.”

Original Story: Jamie Foxx was reportedly involved in a fight at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on Friday night, and may have been injured, TMZ reports.

Police were called around 10 PM, but by the time they arrived, Jamie had already left. Authorities filed an assault report with Jamie listed as a party involved and will reach out to him.

A witness suggested he might have been hurt, but he did not seek medical attention. Jamie was at the restaurant with his daughters and former partner, Kristin Grannis.

He had also celebrated earlier in the week at the same spot following his Netflix special release.
