Michael Rainey Jr. Reveals He ‘Never Went To School’ Growing Up

Michael Rainey Jr. is opening up about his upbringing.

The Power star recently appeared on Angel Reese’s podcast and shared,

“I never went to school a day in my life. From first grade to graduation, I’ve been homeschooled.”

Michael Rainey Jr.‘s early start in the entertainment industry likely played a role in him being homeschooled, as he began his career at just 10 years old. He was featured in shows and films like “Orange Is the New Black” and “Barbershop: The Next Cut”, quickly becoming a recognizable face.
