Joe Biden is reportedly struggling to land speaking engagements despite asking $300,000 per appearance — a rate 25% lower than Barack Obama’s.
“CAA is having trouble booking gigs, which isn’t surprising,” one source told the New York Post.
“We just wanted him to enjoy retirement like other presidents — not go out like this.”
Another insider added, “Black people elected Joe Biden, and then his senior team cut them off.”
Joe Biden’s speaking career, once lucrative, is reportedly floundering even with help from Creative Artists Agency, which he resigned with after leaving the Oval Office.
One source said choosing CAA was a “bad decision,” noting it lacks access to high-paying business conferences.
“I do not think he is a draw yet,” a former staffer added.
Joe Biden previously made over $100,000 per college appearance, but demand appears to have cooled since his presidency.
