Speaking outside the courthouse, Wigdor stated she would be taking the stand
“in very short order.”
“We’ll let it all play out in court starting tomorrow,” he stated to TMZ, hinting at Cassie making her appearance on Tuesday.
During opening arguments and the trial’s first day, prosecutors referenced Cassie multiple times, including a disturbing allegation that Diddy forced a male s*x worker to urinate in her mouth during a coerced
“freak off.”
Wigdor praised Cassie, describing her as “brave and courageous” for being willing to testify and share her story. Cassie, who is currently pregnant, attended court with her husband, Alex Fine, on Monday.
The initial day of testimony featured a hotel security guard discussing the alleged video of Diddy beating Cassie, as well as a male s*x worker detailing the
“freak offs.”
Cassie, considered the trial’s star witness, is expected to deliver the most pivotal testimony.
