Cassie Takes Stand In Diddy’s Sex Trafficking Trial, Says He Was ‘Frequently’ Violent, But She Participated In ‘Freak-Offs’ To Make Him Happy
Casandra “Cassie” Ventura is speaking her truth.
The 38-year-old singer is currently testifying against her ex-boyfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs, in his sex trafficking trial. So far, Cassie has described several incidents of alleged abuse she says she suffered at his hands.
According to journalist Matthew Russell Lee, who is live-posting her testimony on X, Cassie said Diddy was “too frequently” violent, often leaving her with “black eyes and bruises.”
Addressing questions about his so-called “freak-offs,” she said she was “nervous” and “confused” when Diddy first brought up the infamous events, but participated anyway to make him happy. Over time, she said she became afraid to tell Diddy no, explaining that he had “blackmail materials.”

Cassie also said that while things didn’t start off badly between her and Diddy, his demeanor changed as their relationship progressed.
“The next thing I knew, I was getting hit in the face. There was also psychological abuse. He’d tell me to watch my mouth, change my face.”
Cassie’s testimony is still ongoing. More details are expected to emerge as she continues to share about her relationship with Diddy.
