Tabitha Brown Responds To ‘Hate Messages’ After Speaking Up For Black Authors Amid Target Boycott: ‘I Pray Love Finds You’
Tabitha Brown has a message for the folks flooding her comments and DMs with negativity.
In a new IG video, Tabitha said, “I pray that love finds you…” and followed up with a caption directly addressing backlash she’s been dealing with:
“To all the people in the comments and my dms with your uneducated hate messages. Baby I pray love finds you and holds you tight! I pray listening, reading and comprehension holds you even tighter!! There is no amount of hate and ignorance that is going to stop me from using my platform and my voice to support and uplift small businesses, black owned businesses, black content creators, black authors etc…”

This comes after she publicly spoke out about how the Target boycotts, sparked by the company rolling back its DEI policies, have negatively impacted Black authors. She encouraged her followers to support the authors directly, saying if they’re not comfortable shopping at Target, they can still buy the books elsewhere.
