Ex-Escort The Punisher Says His Testimony Helped Diddy Beat $ex Trafficking Charges: ‘Justice Was Done’
Exotic dancer Sharay Hayes, known as “The Punisher,” says he agrees with the jury’s verdict in Diddy’s federal trial — and believes his testimony played a role in the outcome.
Speaking shortly after Diddy was found guilty on two prostitution-related counts but acquitted of s*x trafficking and racketeering, Hayes told TMZ, “I think the jury made the right call.”
Hayes testified during the trial and shared his perspective on what he saw as a toxic and v*olent relationship dynamic rather than organized trafficking.
“There was a certain amount of consent involved,” he noted, referring to Diddy’s long-term relationships with Cassie and “Jane.”
While he expressed sympathy for the women, Hayes added, “I feel bad mostly because the private moments in their s*x lives were broadcast to millions.”
He also promoted his book “In Search of Freezer Meat,” saying it’s helped many men find healing.
“Bottom line … justice was done,” he concluded.
