Jay Ellis Says He Doesn’t Eat Before Performing After He Experienced ‘Bali Belly’ During A Group Trip

Actor Jay Ellis, most widely known for his role on “Insecure,” has an insane reason for not eating before his theater performances.

According to Jay, he and a group suffered “Bali Belly” during a trip to country. Apparently, the meal they ate together sickened everyone in their living quarters, leaving to a bad situation.

Now, Jay says he’s more mindful than ever of what he eats.
