Actor Columbus Short’s Wife Accuses Him Of Ch*king Her During Drunken Outburst + Now Seeking Restraining Order
Columbus Short’s wife, Aida Abramyan-Short, has accused the actor of years of domestic ab*se and submitted photos of alleged injuries as part of her request for a restraining order.
In court documents filed Monday, Aida claims Columbus att*cked her on July 7 while she was doing laundry and he was drinking. She says he yelled, “Don’t slam the f***ing door b*tch. Your mouth is gonna get you in trouble! Shut the f*** up!” before allegedly ch*king her with both hands.
She says a neighbor called police after hearing her scream, “My husband is ch*king me, help!” Aida included photos of past injuries she attributes to Columbus, including bruises, scratches, and a black eye.
Aida also says Columbus has a “severe” drinking problem, drinks daily, becomes violent, and has driven under the influence with their children present. She wants him to stay 100 yards away from her and their kids.
Columbus also previously filed a restraining order against Aida, claiming she a$$aulted him and their puppy.
