Ariana Grande Shuts Down Rumors She’s Leaving Music Amid Taking More Movie Roles, Teases New Project For Next Year
Ariana Grande is assuring fans that she’s not walking away from music anytime soon.
Just a day after it was announced that the pop star will voice a character in the upcoming animated adaptation of Dr. Seuss’ Oh, The Places You’ll Go!, Ariana took to Instagram to shut down speculation that she’s done with making her own music. She wrote:
“Very silly of you all to assume that just because I have my hands full with many things that I plan to abandon singing & music…!!! It is and has always been my lifeline. There will need to be room made for all of it.”

The 32-year-old, who’s also set to reprise her role as Glinda in Wicked: Part Two this fall and was recently cast in Meet the Parents 4, added that she’s “having fun” juggling her many projects, and even teased a new music release coming next year.
