Tyrese’s Ex-Wife Wants Him Jailed Over Nearly $500K In Unpaid Legal Fees

Tyrese may be done with his marriage to Samantha Gibson, but the legal drama isn’t over.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, Samantha is asking a judge to hold the actor in contempt for failing to pay $492,651.99 in legal fees stemming from their divorce. Her legal team says this is the fourth motion requesting payment, and they now want Tyrese to face jail time… up to 20 days for allegedly ignoring the bill.

Samantha and Tyrese got married in 2017 and divorced in 2020. They share one daughter.
