‘Married To Medicine’ Alum Buffie Claims Dr. Contessa Owes Her Money After Allegedly Losing ‘Frivolous’ Defamation Lawsuit

‘Married To Medicine’ Alum Buffie Claims Dr. Contessa Owes Her Money After Allegedly Losing ‘Frivolous’ Defamation Lawsuit
Looks like Married to Medicine alum Buffie is still waiting to collect a debt from her former co-star, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe.
Buffie took to TikTok, alleging that Dr. Contessa lost the defamation suit she filed against her and has yet to pay the legal fees Buffie was awarded from the case.
The legal battle stems from a 2024 interview Buffie gave after leaving the show, where she accused Dr. Contessa of making an insulting remark about her infertility struggles, allegedly saying: “Get down on the floor and let me rock you like the babies you’ll never have.”

Dr. Contessa fired back with a scathing rant denying the claims and hinting at legal action, which, according to Buffie, she followed through on.
In the comments of her TikTok post, Buffie confirmed the legal drama was indeed about Dr. Contessa, claiming it’s been over a year since the lawsuit was filed. While some fans joked that their beef would make great reality TV, Buffie made it clear she has no plans to return to the show.
Chileee, what are your thoughts on the feud between Buffie and Dr. Contessa?
