Video obtained by TMZ shows the two looking cozy courtside before sharing a kiss as they made their way out of the arena. The man who has NeNe’s eye is Memphis attorney Arthur Horne III, who runs his own law firm focused on criminal defense and personal injury cases. He’s also a dad who sometimes creates lighthearted content with his children.

According to WREG, Horne was previously convicted of misdemeanor assault stemming from a 2017 incident involving a former girlfriend. Though he has denied the allegations, he was reportedly sentenced to 30 days in jail along with 29 days of probation. The #NBA outing marks NeNe’s first public romance since her on-and-off relationship with fashion entrepreneur Nyonisela Sioh ended in 2023. Fans will remember her longtime marriage to #GreggLeakes, which played out during her run on RHOA; Gregg sadly passed away from colon cancer in September 2021.
