Bill Cosby Accuser Wants Him Back Behind Bars After Claiming He Hasn’t Paid A Dime Of $59 Million Judgment

Bill Cosby is facing another potential legal headache after a woman who won a $59.25 million s*xual a$$ault judgment against him accused the comedian of refusing to pay up or follow court orders.

According to TMZ, Donna Motsinger has filed documents requesting that Cosby be held in contempt for allegedly ignoring demands to disclose his financial information. She claims he has not paid any portion of the multimillion-dollar judgment.

Motsinger says Cosby has failed to provide details about his bank accounts, income, and assets despite an October 9 court order requiring him to submit the information and pay $1,560 in sanctions within 10 days.

Now, she’s asking the judge to issue an arrest warrant if Cosby fails to appear in court. She also wants up to $1,000 in fines and five days in jail for each alleged violation, along with $3,284 in legal fees and costs.

The dispute follows a March 2026 jury verdict finding Cosby liable for s*xually a$$aulting Motsinger in 1972. She accused him of dr*gging and a$$aulting her. Jurors awarded her $19.25 million in damages and another $40 million in punitive damages.

Cosby unsuccessfully attempted to overturn the verdict and secure another trial in May. His appeal remains pending.

Motsinger is also requesting that Cosby remain jailed if he’s found in contempt and continues refusing to comply with court orders.

A hearing is scheduled for January 2027.
