[Video] Keri Hilson Tells Lies, Is Proud Of her Brain Game & Is A Dreamer

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from Keri Hilson (real name Keri Lynn Hilson). ‘Miss Keri Babi’ has been busy at work, and is set to make her acting debut this Friday when “Think Like A Man” is released in theaters. She is also rumored to be starring alongside Vin Diesel in a movie called “Riddik”. The singer recently did an interview with FUSE, where she revealed some intimate details about herself and her upcoming third album. Peep the excerpts below:

On if she’s ever been fired from a job:

“I have been fired. I worked at a restaurant and I took a vacation and I thought that I had told my boss that I was going on vacation. I really don’t remember how it played out, I just knew I was going, and deuces, and I’ll be back one day, and hopefully I’ll have my job, but I didn’t… ‘Dueces’ is not a good thing to do when someone is in control of your livelihood.

On the last lie she told:

“The last lie that I told, I believe was that I have an early morning tomorrow, I’ve gotta go. I use it all the time actually.”

On the part of her body she’s most proud of:

“I’m proud of my brain! That’s the body part I’m most proud of. My brain has gotten me more places than any other body part, in the world.”

On the worst breakup she’s ever had:

“The worst breakup I’ve ever had is the reason for the tone of my third album, that I’m still writing, still going through. That’s why it’s mid-tempo, that’s why it’s emotional, and that’s why it will probably be some of my best work yet.”

On her favorite dream:

“I don’t remember my favorite dream, but I do remember my least favorite dream[s], because I have these recurring dreams about the end of the world and they’re very very vivid and very realistic.”
