Oprah Winfrey Says, ‘People Love to Hate Evelyn Lozada’
Oprah Winfrey wants viewers to give Basketball Wives’ Evelyn Lozada a chance. Thursday morning, she and Iyanla Vanzant appeared on Good Morning America to promote Iyanla‘s new show, ‘Iyanla, Fix My Life’, which appears on Oprah’s OWN Network.
As you know, Evelyn is scheduled to appear on the new show, in a two-part episode.
The first episode, is before her alleged head butting incident with Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson, while the second is after the incident. When discussing the upcoming episode with Evelyn, Oprah explained:
“People love to hate Evelyn Lozada but after they watch the show they will feel different….I have friends who wanted to watch that tape, they come away with feeling something different. It’s really amazing.”
About Evelyn’s episode, Iyanla adds:
“She’s made mistakes that everyone has made, she has a story that many women have lived….Don’t act like you don’t know what Evelyn’s going through.”

I’ll be watching. I hope Iyanla does less talking and more listening than in her pilot, though.
Sorry nothing in this world can make me care for her. She has beautiful daughter, life, & face. Think about the women who don’t have you’re money or the means to get away. She could have the world at her age & she choose to be a fool. I’m only 25 & have got over my daddy & life issues. I don’t feel bad for anybody that has the ability to change & chooses not too. Correct most women have gone through what she has but what have they done with it? If you want to be a victim for the rest of your life then say it. I can’t understand how anyone could side w/ someone who gave permission to someone to cheat but got upset that it happened. This woman is evil & although my wife O doesn’t see it is ashame.
She like anybody in life deserves another chance God didn’t turn his back on us so who are we to judge “ANYBODY”……We all have faults lets just remember that Im cheering for ya girl! Get the help you need much Love
