Sunday evening, fans of ABC’s Scandal tuned in, as Oprah Winfrey interviewed the show’s creator and leading lady for, ‘Next Chapter’. Oprah did the interview on Scandal’s set and chatted with actress Kerry Washington and the show’s creator, Shonda Rhimes.
