Well isn’t this interesting. The good folk at Celeb Buzz interviewed Beyonce’s uncle, Larry Beyince. And apparently, Uncle Larry either has not been prepped by Bey’s camp or is spreading falsehoods to the press. Nonetheless, he’s spilling the tea about his famous niece. Peep a few excerpts.

On The Rumor That Beyonce Is Pregnant Again…

I have no idea. I haven’t heard nothing, except that she’s on tour. Even then [when she was pregnant with Blue Ivy] she tried to keep everything secret like it’s a really big deal. She didn’t want everyone to know. She did tell me she wants to have more, but I didn’t know how fast. I think now would be too soon. She just had one and she needs time to really raise that baby.

On Beyonce Before Becoming Mrs. Jay-Z…

He was after her and she wasn’t. She told me she wasn’t too particularly fond of him. I would see him with her and pictures of them, I heard rumors they were together and she told me ‘no.’ You know how women get that look like ‘eww.’ I guess she wasn’t attracted to him. But as long as he treats her well and makes her happy, that’s all I ever wanted. He’s okay with me.

On Beyonce Getting Married…

I was surprised she married him. I think she got tired of being alone. When you have as much money as she does she has to be careful about people wanting her for her money. And apparently he had as much as she had. I don’t think the family cared. Just that whatever he’s doing he’s making money [and] made it okay.

On Beyonce’s Father Mathew Knowles…

I wasn’t surprised she fired him [as her manager]. I’m glad, actually. I know he was getting 20 percent of whatever she made, and from what I know he wasn’t doing much for her. All I knew is that he wanted her to be famous and rich so he could be rich. One reason I was glad she got married is because she was no longer under her dad’s control. He is a control freak.

On Beyonce’s Early Rise To Fame…

She didn’t want to be famous. She just wanted to be a normal child. She loved to watch cartoons and be with her friends. She was forced into singing. It took away her whole childhood. Everything was geared toward being famous. She used to get angry at [her father] a lot for taking away her childhood. That affected her. I would prefer she was just my little niece, but she’s a lot better off than most women.

Interesting, right? But what do YOU think? Do you think there’s any truth to his allegations or are you not buying it?

So…we’re supposed to be believe that this man is talking to the media because he’s in good standing with Bey and just wants people to know? No, this sounds like made up BS by someone who probably didn’t get what they wanted (money) off of her fame and he is now talking. So what if she was private…this is not news. I don’t think this is LEGIT at all.

I agree. We all know that she is very private. A close family member would not put her business in the streets like this.

  2. Dubb-B(female type) says:

I believe some of it. I don’t believe the part about Jay-Z of course. They just seem too happy for that nonsense, but then again, who knows what goes on behind closed doors. I don’t put anything past anybody though.

How about there may be some truth to what he’s saying, it’s just that he wasn’t supposed to say it out loud. She might be private and use to handling herself with the press, but that mean others in her family is used to what the correct things to say and not say are. Not everybody is out for money just because they say something about your favorite celebrity that don’t sound like a fairy tale life.

Why is he just now talking? Why is he the only family member saying anything? He wanted something and didn’t get it and is spreading gossip. Nothing just happens!

Agree that “nothing just happens”; he’s speaking out for a reason, whether it’s money or somebody pissed him off! LOL, but I think there could be some truth to it. Yeah, everybody has that drunk uncle but that drunk uncle usually gets drunk and spills all the dirt too! This is hilarious though and irrelevant…old news if any at all. So Jay & Bey are now married, the father has been fired and Bey is a megastar… ok Uncle Larry! And what? Thanks for the insight but what’s good in 2013?!

LOL… I love this interview. Only because it sounds like the kind of answers my dad would give. He is the kind of person who don’t have a filter. Not that he’s trying to be hurtful – but don’t ask him anything if you don’t want to hear the truth.

  8. No matter who you are your family is going to voice their 2 cent opinion IF someone asks them the ?. She could’ve been Betty Sue from the Zoo and Uncle Joe would tell someone his opinion on her life, love, chillun’, etc. Opinions are like azzwholes–everyone has one.

  9. Dilatory into the night, and was so three on the shoulders of friends, barber staggered came revealed from the bar. He said to his friends, “you memorialize, no dilemma what happens in the future, representing warning, your house is on fire! Run away, and your missus there, you children’s affected, you come here, to me, the patriarch brothers son said of, I hand over you plane, and whim not assume a penny……”%
