Is Lil Wayne's BM Pursuing A Rap Career?
Is Toya Carter, the mother of Lil Wayne’s first daughter, pursuing a rap career? Accoring to Vibe, she’s testing the waters.
“I’ma try it and test it out. [A mixtape or album] depends on how this one goes by myself,” says Toya. “I always had a little urge to rap, but never really wanted to because sometimes it doesn’t come off lady like. Then of course Wayne is a rapper so I thought people would be like, ‘Oh she’s trying to rap because Wayne rap.’ So I was like let me just play around with something.”
What does Lil Wayne have to say about this? “[Wayne] laughed at me [on the “BedRock remix”]. That’s what men do. They’re never going to tell you you’re good or to keep going with it. You know their slick side.”
Here’s the Bedrock Remix Video, featuring Toya. (((Me no likey.)))

On a non-musical note, rumors have been circulating that this will be the last season for Tiny & Toya’s reality show. Toya denied rumors but said that the show may be going in a different direction. (((Perhaps T.I. isn’t really impressed w/ having Tiny on the show? On another note, if my baby daddy was a rapper, they would have to pay me NOT to be on his songs. I’d be whistling in the background, tap-dancing, whatever. I want in!)))
