TO and Chad have already named themselves the Bengals’ Batman and Robin.

According to ESPN, the Bengals and receiver Terrell Owens agreed to a two-year, $2 million deal. The deal also includes another $2 million in incentives. After the news hit, Ocho went on ESPN:
