Local Top Chef, Restaurant Owner Timothy Dean, Property in Foreclosure
According to the Baltimore Sun, a local and popular DC area restaurant, Prime Steakhouse, is being sold through a bank closure on September 16th. Prime Steakhouse is owned by Top Chef contestant, Timothy Dean. This past May, Dean filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in and according to Dean’s lawyer, Jimmy A. Bell, the restaurant will continue to keep its doors open. Source here.
