Bebe Winans Releasing Book About Whitney Houston Called, ‘The Whitney I Knew’

A few weeks ago, we confirmed that Whitney Houston’s mother, Cissy, was writing a memoir about her daughter, with a February 2013 release date (marking the one-year anniversary of the iconic star’s death). Cissy released a statement:
“When I lost my daughter Nippy (Whitney Houston’s nickname), the world lost one of the most beautiful voices and an extraordinarily beautiful and charitable woman…In sharing our story in this book, I hope to give her fans something to treasure, the way we all treasured Whitney. We are still receiving thousands of letters each day from her fans, and I hope reading this book will provide a deeper understanding into my daughter’s true story.
And we’ve now learned that gospel singer BeBe Winans is also releasing a book, called ‘The Whitney I Knew’. The book will be released on July 31, and will include never-previously seen photographs of the pop superstar. Are you interested in reading Bebe’s book? And do you think it’s odd for him to being penning a book, in addition to Cissy? Or the more memories of Whitney Houston, the better? [Monsters & Critics]

Please stop Bebe.
I dont see what’s wrong with BeBe writing this book. From my understanding BeBe and Whitney were very close. If her mother doesn’t mind, it’s no ones business!!!!!!
I feel like he’s just tryna get a little extra cake off of her name
Many were inspired by Whitney’s God-given talent and her heart. She really cared for people she didn’t even know. It will be great for individuals to learn what she was really like beyond what the media can portray.
