Celebrity Ink, Kelly Rowland Debuts New Neck Tattoo

Tis the season to step up your celebrity ink game. Kelly Rowland has joined the ranks of celebrities that love tattoos. Recently, she showed off her latest creation, a small cross on the back of her neck.

Kelly’s no stranger to ink.
