[Photos] Soul Train Awards Airs Tonight, Will you TUNE in?

Sunday evening, the annual Soul Train Awards ’12 airs. This year’s show was filmed in Las Vegas, hosted by Cedric the Entertainer and backed by the musical direction of Raphael Saadiq. 

Here’s what to expect:

• Tributes to this year’s loss of the creator/founder of Soul Train, Don Cornelius
• Tribute to Gerald Levert, by his brother, Eddie Levert (with Cedric the Entertainer)
• Performances and tributes by Leah Labelle, Fantasia, Charlie Wilson, Athony Hamilton and Marcus Canty
• Performances by Miguel, Ne-Yo, Keyshia Cole, TGT (Tyrese, Ginuwine & Tank), Elle Varner, John Legend, 2 Chainz, Charlie Wilson and Stevie Wonder
• A tear-jerking acceptance speech from New Edition, along with a performance
• Other surprises (that I can’t recall w/out a third cup of coffee!)

The show premieres tonight,  November 25, at 8P/7C, on BET and Centric.
