LHHA’s Karlie Redd & ‘Married to Med’s’ Quad Attend ‘The Great Gatsby’ Screening + Porsha Stewart Gets An Acting Gig

The marketing folks behind ‘The Great Gatsby’ are doing a helluva job, using the country’s top media personalities and bloggers to host private viewing parties in their respective markets. This week, fashion and beauty bloggers Talking With Tami, Oh Nikka and It’s Arkeedah hosted a screening at Atlanta’s Atlantic Station, at Strip restaurant. A few reality TV favorites (like Mariah Huq and Quad Webb-Lunceford of ‘Married to Medicine and Karlie Redd of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta ) were present, along with Da Brat, and celebrity stylist, Olaris Swank. And in other news, Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Porsha Stewart has landed her first TV gig. This week, we caught her on set, filming for TV One’s ‘The Ricky Smiley Show’.

Season 2 of the show is currently taping in Atlanta. No details on what role Porsha is portraying or when the episode will air has yet been released. Meanwhile, it was reported that Porsha wants the divorce from estranged husband Kordell Stewart to be amicable. Recently, Porsha’s attorney stated:

Given everything this abrupt divorce filing has put her through in the public, [Porsha] would never bring something like this on herself, especially with them having a child in the house. [Porsha] wishes things could have been different [with Kordell] but that simply is not possible.
