Over the Essence Festival weekend, Dr. Miracle’s Hair Care hosted ‘The Prescription for Style (#RX4Style) Lounge’, at the Belloq Lounge in the Hotel Modern, in NOLA. Stylists Craig Carter, Lena Pinkston, Mahogany and Ed XX worked the lounge providing on site styling and product education while celebrity guests mingled with the crowed and added to the opulence of the New Orleans themed event. Soul singer Honey LaRochelle graced the audience with one of a kind performances throughout the event and special guests included celebrity hairstylist and BRAVO reality star Derek J, the cast of the Style Network’s Big Rich Atlanta, (Sharlinda, Brie, Khadijah and Lil’ Q Parker), Momma Dee and Karlie Red of VH1’s Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, Danger of VH1’s Flavor of Love, Reality show newcomers and celebrity barbers Sam Sneed and Z The Great of Strictly Skillz and best selling author’s Caroline Jhingory (Half My Size) and Bella Jones (Memoirs of a Trapstar’s Wife) attended.
