[WATCH] An Overly Emotional Foxy Brown Busts Out in Tears During MTV Appearance: Let Me Live!

Foxy Brown has had enough. In recent years, the 34-year-old Brooklyn native (born Inga Marchand), has had her share of personal trials including legal woes and a rumors about her and one time frequent collaborator Jay Z. The multi-platinum rapper appeared on MTV’s RapFix with Big Daddy Kane and discussed the constant pressure of defending herself and dispelling rumors. She tearfully explained:
When it’s just completely redundant, when it’s negative stuff being said constantly, it becomes annoying. It becomes tiring. I have tears in my eyes right now because what I’ve been through, you guys don’t understand. The fact that somebody can just lie and it becomes a trending topic, where everybody is talking about it, and you have to constantly come out of the booth and stop what I’m doing to defend a lie. You know me I’m far from weak, I’m as strong as they get. I have the heart of a soldier, but after a while it becomes let her live. Let her live.”

Awww she had me in tears! You can really feel this girl pain when she talk. Wow
Always loved Foxy she spit like a dude. She came in this industry young and had to grow up in front of the camera. She made bad choices along the way like many of us have buy she is still here. I am just wondering when her next album coming out. Foxy and Kim are in their 30’s and they need to let the beef stuff go. Successful blacks always seem to have a reason to hate another successful black I just do not understand. Look at Nas and Jay- Z, friends then enemies and now back friends beautiful lessons learned along the way. Good luck Foxy.
Big Daddy Kane! Sexual chocolate!! ;))
I’ve always liked Foxy so watching this is sad. I wonder what her plans are for this phase of her life. Maybe she can write for up and coming female rappers.
I don’t think she was over-emotional at all. I love Fox and I don’t know if I could handle that kind of pressure. I’m sure it takes a lot.
Remember when she lost her hearing a few years back, to the point that her speech was seriously impacted. She’s blessed to have it restored. I wish her the bet.
I feel sorry for foxy…. #LetHerLive #BrooklynStandUp
