[Photos] Chris Brown Released From Jail, Charges Reduced To Misdemeanor Assault
It’s been a helluva 24 hours and some change for Chris Brown. If you’ve followed the story, you’ll well aware of went down over the weekend in Washington, DC. The quick and dirty is the singer was arrested for felony assault after allegedly attacking a man and breaking his nose. So what’s the latest? Welp, Monday evening, the 24-year-old singer was released and caught a major break. His assault charge was reduced to a misdemeanor and has been released without bail. He was also ordered to stay away at least 100 yeards from the victim.
According to TMZ, there’s some confusion as to who actually punched the alleged victim’s face. The original police report stated Brown’s bodyguard threw the punch, which may have been the reason his charge was reduced.
Outside of one tweet, there has been no official comment from his camp.

Chris Brown needs to stay out of clubs for awhile. His mother needs to have a talk with him and tell him to sit his a** down! Take some time and get his mind right before he ends up in jail!!!!
I totally AGREE! It just sounds like he is trying to do everything he can to get put in prison. I just don’t understand WHY he just can’t make music and stay out of trouble. Time out for him acting out he is too old for this. He is gonna be just like all of the other celebrities that kept doing stuff and eventually ended up in jail (O.J.Simpson, TI, Lil Wayne, Ja Rule, etc…) He think he can keep doing stuff and get off because he has money but one day a judge is going to make an example out of him and lock him up for a long time. Chris sit down someone and find yourself because you keep acting out for no reason.
