Mariah Carey Releases New “You’re Mine (Eternal)” Video

Just in time for Valentines Day, the mother of 2 and crowned Pop Diva, Mariah Carey, has graced us with another romantic ballad to make us feel eternally loved. To add some sexiness to the song and video, you can spot a shirtless Trey Songz laying in bed waiting for Mariah’s arrival as she travels across the terrain to speak praises of her lover. In the similar theme of Katy Perry’s “Roar”, the set of this video is also taking place in a jungle with Mariah possibly being in the form of a fairy, hence the golden wings on her back.

The new video, which premiered Wednesday night (Feb. 12) on MTV,  is a great treatment for the song in which its creativity may be something new for the 43 year old vet.  Whether it’s straddling a rock, swimming like a mermaid under water or sitting beside an abundance of foliage, fog swirling behind her, Carey lets her inner jungle fever come out. Also, the ‘eternally yours’ singer  has a remix to the song featuring Trey Songz which drops Valentines Day.
