Now, Stevens has filed a writ of fieri facias in Georgia to register the judgement in Cobb County, GA. The document notes that the writ is placed on all goods, land & property of Da Brat and that all the assets all have a lien placed on them to pay back Stevens the total of 6.4 MILLION. The writ was filed on May 20th and is the first step in Stevens collecting her money from the rapper. Read the exclusive court docs!
